FOR HOME AND AT WORK:

Tip 1 for 2012:

If we want brain health throughout life WE HAVE TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER EVERY DAY!!

Not drinking enough water - minimum of 2-3 liters per day,  means that body fluids fall below a certain level and the physiology begins to enter a toxic state. This throws off our vital electrolyte balance and eventually the balance of brain chemistry.

If you have difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on the printed page, experience back and joint pain or/and day time fatigue, then it might be just a sign that you are dehydrated. " But won't I be thirsty when I am dehydrated" you ask. Yes, but by then it is too late. 75% of people are chronically dehydrate; and in 37% of us the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.
