By living in the open air and sunshine for some time daily, you can have wonderful health, vigour and vitality.

Here is an update of what is on at Brilliance In Being:

1. Our first Yoga-Health-Retreat in the exclusive Puri Dajuma Eco Beach Resort in West Bali will be held from 03. Sept. 11-10. Sept. 11 and from 10. Sept.11-17. Sept.11. Our retreats are there to take you away for a week and get you into a different time, space and place to enable you to just be, so you can best de-stress, unwind and get back to your natural vitality while feeling calm and centered - which means present to what IS!!To secure your place on this unique retreat contact Sara Birtwhistle from Travelmanagers on 1300 689 461.

2. Public Yoga classes: from Monday the 20th of June we will have Yoga on 330 Simpsons Road at Bardon State School in the music room from 6.30pm - 7.45pm. On Wednesdays the classes are held in the Scout Hall in Taringa from 6.30pm - 7.45pm. Remember that you can go the other class if you missed your class.

3. Massage, Reflexology and Body alignment: Next week from the 20.06 to the 25.06.11 I only have afternoon times available. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3.30pm-7pm. After that again on Tuesdays from 9.30am-12noon and from 2.15pm- 7pm, Thursdays from 4.30pm-7pm and Saturdays from 11am-4pm.

Tip of the week for the computer user: Open upper chest and shoulders with seated cat pose:

           

Slowly curl your back forward bringing your chin towards the chest as you exhale (pic.1). Inhale bringing the head up and slowly backwards as you hold on to the back of the seat arching the back backwards (pic.2) x5.
